The office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar – the Academic department of the Institute which is responsible for the student database along with the organization and monitoring of the educational process. It is engaged in registration of all history of educational achievements of the students and provides organization of all types of knowledge control and calculation of its academic rating. Office of the Registrar was established as an independent unit of the Institute, designed to carry out the organization of the educational process of the Institute in the conditions of credit system of education, organization of quality control of students' knowledge and operational management of the registration process, generation and storage of academic records.

Registrar's office has been established as a separate section which is engaged in registration of educational history of students’ achievements and as an academic service that provides organization of all types of knowledge control and calculation from the 2010-2011 academic year.

Until 2010-2011 academic year registration sector was a part of the department for educational and methodical management. For the first time in the 2005-2006 academic year "Mathematics", "Physics", "Informatics", "Chemistry", "Biology" specialties were transited into credit system of education, from the academic year 2006-2007 all specialties of the Institute got to it.

The purpose of the office of the Registrar – to provide high level of reliability, efficiency and accountability functions for the organization, introduction and management of educational process in a bachelor degree. Office of the Registrar performs the following functions: formation of academic streams and groups as a result of registration on disciplines; providing information about the academic streams and groups in the educational-methodical management and departments for scheduling classes and calculation of the teaching load; timely provision of information on all types of activities in the preparation of statistical and analytical reports relevant structural subdivisions of the Institute; organization of summer semester to meet the needs in the process of obtaining additional training, the elimination of academic debts or difference in educational plans; summing up the summer semester; drawing upon the results of the final control of the academic rankings of students.

Since 2017, the Registrar's Office comprises the following three sectors

- MANAGERS

- TESTING
